The Pork Prospect paired up with a very succefull project, Moving from Meows to Moos, to promote swine production and career in the swine industry to high scholl students and it was an awesome event!
We have received more the 90 students at The OSU College of Veterinary Medicine for hands-on activities on large animal veterinary medicine and, in the afternoon, participants went to the Western Agricultural Research Station swine farm, toured the facilities and were invited to learn more about what happens in a swine operation and how veterinary medicine is applied in the context of big animal populations. - See below the detailed program we prepared for them!
